I have called Horizon quite a few times this last month and my experience has been great. Our company had questions on two LLC’s to do with accounting and moving money to Horizon. I have been working with Chy on the phone calls and emails and it has been a pleasure to work with her. She follows through and has resolved the matters. Very professional and great communication skills.

Claudia Guzman has been extremely helpful and I really appreciate her patience and guidance. Some of us are in our 60s and we’re not very computer savvy and understand a lot of the language the way it’s written and I appreciate Claudia Guzman taking a little extra time for some of those like myself that are a little slower at completing and understanding forms and the way they should be done. It’s very helpful to have a bilingual person that understands her culture on how we the Hispanic population at times we might ask a lot more questions. Overall all of your employees have always been very friendly customer service and helpful.
