My dealings with Zac have been excellent thus far! We are first-time cruisers and Zac spent a good part of the weekend helping us with our booking and reassuring us. He has a lovely telephone manner and a lot of patience too! We spoke with Paul, a fine guy, To find out all about: The train trip and the harbours, And the ship, without a doubt! He gave us information About meals and destinations! He told us all we’d need to know So, of course we said we would go. We’d like to sing his praises With sweet and gushing phrases And hope that if like we, You book through him, You’ll share our glee!

I had great service from Paul who was very informative and explained the whole holiday, also he left his personal phone number so if I had any questions I could contact him direct. All in all it was a very easy experience to book the holiday and I would not hesitate to use this company again when looking for holidays.

Zak was fantastic!! He had done this cruise and told us all about it. He was efficient, polite and generally on the ball with all our queries. We have done several cruises before but this buying experience was 2nd to none, and we’ll return for more hopefully!!
