Very professional, helpful, thorough, Paul was amazing

Saw a good deal on the internet and sent an enquiry form to Holiday2 for more information. Having not heard of them before, I checked TripAdvisor reviews first - they were excellent! My phone rang less than 10 minutes later, even though it was late Friday afternoon with Jordan on the other end. He was excellent, answering any questions and giving us lots of information and working with us to get a great cabin location and giving us good advice re post cruise hotel. Really looking forward to the cruise and would not hesitate to use Holiday2 and Jordan again

This is our first time using Holiday2, but our initial impressions are very positive. Their agent, Paul, gave clear answers to all of our questions and has tailored the holiday to match our requirements.

Just back from our latest cruise, this time on the beautiful Oceania Sirena. We booked this back in January, a little cautious as the deal seemed too good to be true and we had not previously heard of Holiday 2. Our contact was Paul he quickly resolved any concerns and worked closely with us to get us a good cabin location and perfect flights. Subsequently, he happily provided us with options on different pre-cruise hotels (we were so happy to have paid a little extra for a more central hotel) and additional quotes for family and friends who were thinking of joining us. Delighted to report that all the arrangements for transfers, trains, excursions and the cruise itself could not be faulted along with clear and regular emails and documents as the booking progressed. We have now recommended Paul and Holiday 2 to a number of our friends for next year and have booked another ourselves.

Lisa was extremely efficient as well as being really friendly and helpful. As well as helping to answer our queries she was able to make suggestions to the itinerary which suited our requirements much better than the planned itinerary

Paul at Holiday2 provided exceptional service from start to finish. His communication before, during and after our holiday was excellent. He took the time to understand our needs, helped us identify and reserve the perfect cabin on our cruise, and paid great attention to detail, genuinely listening to and acting on our feedback. His follow-up call after our return was a lovely personal touch and showed how much he truly cares about his customers’ experiences. Nothing was too much trouble, and his professionalism, warmth and attention made the whole process reassuring and enjoyable. Paul is a real credit to Holiday2. We cannot recommend him highly enough and would happily book with him again!

The intinery was as advertised, we were kept up to date with all the travel arrangements re tickets/times/ info. Any queries were explained. Our request was acted on immediately. Highly recommend

Booked our Oceania cruise with Lisa Paterson this morning and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We have cruised a lot and used many companies but Lisa excelled herself. She answered all my questions and gave us lots of useful information besides. We will definitely call her for future cruises and recommend her to friends and family. She is a credit to your company.
