Betul was so very pleasant to deal with and extremely efficient and so helpful to us as first time cruisers. Her knowledge of the ship was so important, taking care to make sure that we selected the best cabin for our budget and what the benefits were of choosing the level and cabin. She was very clear and gave informative answers to our questions. So thankful to her.

Betul was very helpful and informative . She was a good communicator and returned calls promptly

Betul was very helpful, answered every question. Went the extra mile to ensure we got answers

We booked this holiday after seeing an advert but we weren't 100% sure about it... we spoke with Betul who was fantastic and really helpful... she talked us through the flight and hotel options and helped us sort the additional nights in Barcelona...she explained all the trips and what extras were included and we were then happy to book... great service and we're looking forward to the holiday.. thanks

Fantastic staff who were very helpful and supportive. Zach has been exceptional. Given great advice to 1st time cruises. Cannot fought the Service thus far and looking forward to my holiday. Would not hesitate to recommend Holiday 2. Antonios Hambi

Kaye was very helpful. I had asked the same questions 2 months ago and had not had a reply. Kate answered the questions and confirmed the answers for me sending an email within a few hours. Very impressed. Thank you Jennifer Griffiths
