Efficient and quick when dealing with isdues
I had an issue adding my booking to the cruise company site. My problem (which was my fault) was dealt with quickly and efficiently thanks to Kevin.

Excellent booking experience with Holiday2
After seeing a cruise offered on Travelzoo by Holiday2 to Japan, I rang to find out more information about the trip. Zac was really helpful and knowledgeable about Japan and the cruise line, he helped us with picking the right ship cabin for us, advised us about special promotions which were on offer and which we were able to take advantage of and went through the whole booking process. I'm really happy with the booking experience with Zac and Holiday2.
