HelpWire is remote access software for IT teams and technicians providing support across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Sessions start through a link: the remote user joins without creating an account or entering credentials, which reduces the coordination overhead. HelpWire sessions rely on direct peer-to-peer connections whenever possible, with relay fallback as a backup. For follow-up, unattended access lets technicians return to a device later without the remote user present, including after reboots.
HelpWire (helpwire.app) has 57 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.6 out of 5.

I tested this tool for the first time, compare to teamviewer is this tool must better. And then i mean for just remote connections. After reboot, the connection is restored automatically. So a great tool, keep up the good work !!

I had a few intermittent problems with using the program, each time I contacted support they came through with suggestions and a genuine helpful attitude. As for now I have put the program through some pretty serious testing and can say that I am fully satisfied.
