I have a drinking filter with osmosis from them which I absolutely love and now recently bought a whole house big blue water filter of 20 inch. On installation it didn’t went well and got damaged due to the head being plastic, and they offered the replacement immediately. Fantastic customer service Francis was great. I can’t recommend them enough

Called support@ispring and got hold of Robert. Told him about my situation and he didn’t hesitate to help and completely resolve my concern. He was incredibly helpful and patient! Thank you for hiring such a competent employee; that is sadly lacking with other companies as far as our experience has been. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend or family member. Thanks again! Kathi Deden
