Like the extra large size (36”x36”) Will cover whole chair seat. Fast service - arrived in 2 days. Good price. The more I order, the less I pay. Quality of pad is good - soft layered lining with waterproof backing.

Had a problem with a delivery I didn't want sent, but a very good Marketing Manager was able to solve my problem to my satisfaction. I'm glad he took the time to work with me on this.

The information is missleading, because the prices are double of what you paid at the store and it took TEN days for me to received the supplies. When I called to check my order the customer service rep. was rude.

Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to achieve excellent customer service and offer free shipping. In this instance, your order was received on a Friday and arrived the next Saturday, so it did take 9 days including the 2 weekend days. Unfortunately, at times shipping delays are out of our control when the package is with the carrier. I'd also like to make sure you are aware of our Price Match Policy: If you find a lower advertised price on an identical branded item currently available for delivery to your home, HDIS will match the competitor's verified total price. Total price is an "apples-to-apples" comparison that includes shipping and handling charges, taxes, and any other applicable fees. A price match is subject to verification of the competitor's total price and is not available on discounted, out-of-stock, or limited quantity products or in the case or typographical or other errors. Please contact us at 1-800-269-4663 or [email protected] if you have any questions. Sincerely, the HDIS team
