3rd month with no notification or any communication whatsoever!!! Looking for another provider. I shouldn't have to hunt down my son's pull-ups. The last time I heard from them was when I posted a review. Very pitiful!

My aunt Bonnie Fields ordered over $100 worth of underwear and other products about a month ago for her and her sister Geraldine Harris. The lady who originally took the order was SO nice and helpful, told her that she was also sending out a box of samples of other products to try such as bed pads, wipes etc, which never came. My Aunt called back to ask about it and was treated rudely by a man that she spoke with, like he was annoyed that she was calling. First said we had already received the package on Aug 19, which we didnt, then said it was tracked somewhere in Oklahoma. Told her he would resend, but if we didnt get it this time they would not send again. So rude! You lost what would have been a great re-ordering customer.

I received a order for REDUMLS underwear. They don't look anything like the ones in the book and are two dam large and fit light a g string. Very little coverage in front and back, I will not be buying from this jip joint . I dumped your product in the trash. Mike M.

I liked the convenience of delivery to my mom's assisted living since they are quarantined during Covid. That is a huge blessing. But I find the prices on the Depends is very high! I can buy a double pack for $20 and your company is charging $49.95!

I ordered 2 cases of Flexfit for women in X-large. The cost on these was $45.99 per case of 60. I can buy the same thing at Costco for a cost of $42.99 for a case of 80. Why the difference in quantity and price? I did not notice the difference in the number of item per case until I received them. This is a significant difference in price and if it weren't for the shelter at home problem right now, I would not be buying them through HDIS.

Delivery was quick but prices are way more expensive than anywhere else. I can't believe overhead is so much you need to jack the prices up that high, especially during a time of crisis. These are for my grandmother who is unable to leave due to the current pandemic situation.
