HDIS is a wonderful service for many people with embarrassing issues. I don't like that there are so many brands some of which aren't good.

I can no longer buy the kind of pads that I use in the store. I'm so happy to be able to get them on line. Everyone has been so nice and there's no pressure to buy anything else that I don't need.

I've been looking for disposable underware for ever…I have bought numerous brands, all were too thick and uncomfortable…I didn't need them for night time, just for travel, instead of washing out undies I can just throw them out, sometime we're gone for a long time, or on a long tour where we aren't near a bathroom, where I might have an accident. The swim ware at HDIS was just what I was looking for, not bulky and they carry a small size, not a s/m which is way too big…Sooo glad I found HDIS! Thank you!

Ordered product and after 2 weeks finally went on line and had a chat session and was told they sent me an email explaining my order was not sent as only 2 boxes of the product could be ordered at the price given I never got the email and further it was only two boxes that I ordered at the price given on the internet. Of course I had to buy the product elsewhere and have said good by to this place..

Wrong size gloves received ordered med as I always have and received large. Needed them so I am using them but will find another place to order from next time I need gloves

Since this is something that you use on a regular basis, you would benefit from signing up for a personalized delivery plan. You would receive $8 off your first order, and then 5% off on all future orders. A customer service representative will give you a call to explain more of the details. Again, we are very sorry for sending you the wrong size glove. We take accuracy very seriously. If we have been able to handle this situation to your satisfaction, please take this opportunity to reevaluate your rating of HDIS and update the Star status.
I have Parkinson's Disease (for 18 years). & it has been a roller coaster ride. It is a progressive disease, but there are good times and bad times. Right now I am having good times & functioning pretty well. There are times that I have to use a walker or a cane, but have numerous falls. Therefore, I am afraid to go anywhere. Bladder control is an issue that also has its ups and downs. I usually have to wear some kind of protection; and require different absorbencies. Right now I am only using a thin panty liner ( that could change tomorrow). I am single and do not like to ask friends or family to get me the supplies I need. I am very grateful for the service I get from HDIS! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!
