I order supplies for my mother in law in my father in law's name. Ordering online is easy and quick and the supplies ship very quickly. Order arrives timely and is left where I request so my elderly inlaws can bring it into the house without any inconvenience. I have utilized the live online customer service and found the rep to be kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My inlaws are advanced in age and they would not be able to order the supplies online themselves. However I do believe if they had to call and order over the phone, they would have the same good experience.

I ordered a sample of pads and they were sent out right away- they were heavier than what I need so I will reorder the light protection ones and see how they work for me. It is great to be get an assortment of products to try without having to buy them all.

I came accross this site while trying to find a sample pack of diapers to see which one I would like best. No site even cane close to offering what HDIS offered. I received an order of over 12 different kinds of diapers. The shipment arrived on time and there was tons of extra stuff inside to help guide my descision. And it was incredibly cheap too! I never would have know that Molicare Premium Super beiefs would be the best for me. Thank you
