Hi A.C! I am so sorry you are unhappy with the situation. As you would have noticed in your Order Confirmation email as well as the Shipping Email, that there were no notes for your order which would have given a clue that your order needed to be custom cut. A simple Email or phone call to us could have insured your custom cuts. Our normal return fee is 25%, but we only charged 15% since some items return were un-packaged and damaged.
