Smooth transaction, will buy again…thanks

Really easy to deal with. Friendly, efficient, made sure I was getting what I was looking for. Explained the purchasing and shipping process clearly to me. Explained the quality and realistic look of the Antlers. Helped with determining the extra amount of chain needed for a high ceiling. Even discussed type of bulbs to use for my application. Just an overall great transaction.

A beautiful fixture, it’s my second one.

Great customer advice and service. Shipping was quick and item arrived safely.

What can I say this company is absolutely awesome to work with!! I emailed them questions, about the fan I was wanting to buy. And they answered very fast and answered every question I had. I ordered the fan. When I got it and opened it the housing was cracked! I emailed them pictures and gave them a call. And they sent me a brand new fan no questions asked. And I had it with in the same week. And the broken fan, she said just keep it for parts. Outstanding customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone. If you are wondering if you should buy a product from this company dont hesitate just buy it!!!

Very nice 👍its very useful for me

Nice fan. Excellent customer service after a part was broke when we received the fan. The new part arrived within 2 days.

Chandelier showed up when they said it would. It’s perfect for our space. Very happy with the product and the overall experience.
