After my dogs collar unfortunately slipped off and she chewed it up, I had to get on a zoom call to order some parts to fix it. Anissa was very helpful and quickly helped me find and order the pieces I needed to fix my collar.

I had a zoom session with Damian W. , this morning. He walked me through the optimizing GPS settings. To get my collar up and running. He was very helpful in explaining in layman’s terms. How the system worked and how to adjust the GPS settings , as the seasons change . His patience and expertise were outstanding. Thanks Damian W.

It really was a pleasure to have Damien take care of my issues. He was very attentive to my needs and spoke to me as an equal, not as just another customer!! He had it handled in less than 15 mins!! There needs to be more cs reps like him!!

I want to share some positive feedback on the Halo collar. First off, you need to know it’s WIRELESS so it’s going to have some of the same issues your cell phone has, so updates are important as is power cycling the collar regularly. Training is the key to success for you and your dog. Here’s one of my training stories about my daughter’s dogs. I went to visit and it was my job to train the dogs on the Halo collar. . I was only there a week, and it was very cold and snowy. So I had to do some quick and intense training. Well, it didn’t take them long to learn their boundaries and where “safe” was. Opie is a fence jumper so concern for his safety was high. 3 days into training he jumped the fence, and when done sniffing and peeing on everything, he came to the door, his “safe”zone. The Ring doorbell rang and we let him in. Ever since, he goes to the door when he wants in. We swear he know where the camera is and stares at it as if to say hello. LOL!! Our dog is Sassy McBitches and she has been a handful since she was 8 weeks old. She’s a Walker Coon Hound and Blue Healer mix so her energy level is high as is her prey drive! If it moves, she’s in it! We got her Halo 2 years ago when she was 6 mo old. We travel plus we have a small farm in Illinois where we spend our summers. I must say we LOVE the freedom Halo gives Sassy to run and explore everywhere we go that does not have a traditional fence. She learned quickly and now we don’t have to walk new fences with her. She figures out her fence-line quickly and respects it! Wish I could share a video of her watching the deer at the farm. She wanted to chase them so badly but would not!! Lastly, remember this product works well when you and your dog train properly, so don’t fail your sweet pup by not doing the training. It’s not fair to you dog!

We had an issue with our beacon and Damien helped us troubleshoot and was able to solve our problem immediately.
