Anissa R was able replace my collar under warranty after a diagnostic issue related to a battery failure. She worked quickly to review my barriers with my collar not stopping the vibration. She was kind and knowledgeable and able to assist with all my needs in a fast and efficient matter.

Tech help was great. I had a problem with my dogs collar and within minutes of accessing the online help I was on a video call with Annisa. She guided me through the fix and we were back up in no time.

Halo collar customer service is very helpful. Anissa R helped me with a very frustrating collar issue. She was able to help me effectively and promptly waiting to resolution my issue. She was very understanding to I was experiencing. She was also very polite and friendly.
