I called because of an issue with two collars. I was immediately taken care of the warranty process was super simple and the customer service representative was awesome.

On June 12th, my halo collar's charging port stopped functioning. Probably because the charging port cover fell off. Husband and I are engineers so we are familiar with charging ports and identifying broken ones. I had to wait until office hrs to report a claim. On June 13 I reported a claim first thing on your opening. Anissa was super helpful - 5 stars. I filled out the warranty claim and requested immediate shipping with the idea that I would return the collar when I got an RMA At this point it was in a pending state and on June 14th I got an email with instructions and a label. I went to Fedex and sent back the old collar. I then asked when can I expect my new one and I was told 5-7 days processing time. I would have expected immediate for the price of the original collar and the bronze + the extra care thing I thought I needed to be paying for which I've now cancelled (the extra care part). So now I have a 9 dollar bronze account membership for a collar that I no longer have, and I haven't had since June 12th, and still have to wait 5-7 days maybe for it to ship to me? This is not good customer experience. Anissa was fabulous. But my post ticket experience is not good. I should have had my collar sent to me as soon as I I filled out the ticket that Anissa created after she said that I'll get a new collar. I should have had it by now. The collar itself rings a false fence a lot - so we turned off any correction. Mainly we use it to know were she is - because mostly she's good about staying near us but in recent times has run across our street and our original fence we put in stopped working a few years ago and we didn't want to dig wire. updated to say: Apparently integration with new shipping warehouse is problematic. The claim is my collar has shipped and not possible to get a tracking # so I will update when I either see or don't see a new halo. Update: I got the replacement yesterday even though the senior customer service rep who responded to me based on this ad told me that it hadn't shipped. Also the original bronze membership doubled from when I bought it. A company that will double its fee that you must pay in order to use their expensive equipment worries me. The new collar has a mag attachment usb-c adapter. It will easily get lost and buying a new one through halo is not cheap. This company is more about milking you dry than actually standing behind a product. You should never force people to pay a restocking fee, for example for a little product like this.
