Our older collar quit receiving downloads. I never did find out exactly why but finally decided to upgrade the collar to a halo 3 after we tried several methods to fix it. All agents I spoke to were very helpful and courteous. We rely on these collars for our guardian dogs who keep our livestock safe. They aren’t just working dogs, but members of the family. Well worth the peace of mind knowing where they are and that they are safe on our several hundred acre farm. I do recommend enrolling in the halo care program.
