After struggling to process an online order for collar parts, I went to the Halo Dog Park and connected there with Tim M. He quickly understood my problem and assisted me in placing a new order for the needed parts. The video chat worked well and my problem was resolved. Thanks Tim!

Customer support has been super helpful. Recently I spoke to Kadaija B. and she quickly and easily helped me get my issue resolved. Halo Collars work great to keep my dog in the yard. It is even better when you know that you have great support when the rare issue arises.

I was having issues with my collar fence and the GPS signals. I reached out to Tiffany on the Dog Park and she was absolutely amazing and helped me tremendously. I have had this collar for a while now and not only do I love it, but my pup does too and most importantly it is keeping him safe! Awesome customer service and awesome product.

The GPS collar concept is great, no wires to bury, we have multiple homes that we visit and programming of fences are super easy - we’d give this product a 5.0 except for it has some connectivity issues occasionally and it can be worrisome when you’re not sure if your pet is safe or not. Overall a great product, keep working on the connectivity and it will become a perfect product! Customer service is wonderful and the virtual dog park agents are very helpful - we had a warranty issue and Anissa resolved it quickly - just as you would expect a reputable company to do.

I purchased 2 collars and have had persistent problems with one of them. I submitted a warranty request for the defective collar 9 days ago and still haven’t received any shipping notification to indicate the new collar is being sent. I have already returned the defective collar. I requested customer service to look into the replacement collar. I still have no info about when or if it will be sent, even after the call. I also began having problems with my remaining collar malfunctioning. I spoke to customer service who had some helpful suggestions to resolve the problem with my remaining collar. Prior to this interaction, I was ready to return both collars and cancel service entirely. After the call, I am giving it another couple weeks before deciding whether to cancel or not.
