To the point and helpful. A little cold/brisk at the beginning of the call, but very knowledgeable and helped us resolve the issue efficiently.

We’ve reached out to Halo support over 10 times. Each time they say they have fixed the issue. The collar shocks my dog even when in boundary and shocks her over and over without stopping. When asked to return the product they said it’s out of the 60 day return policy and there is nothing they can do. Waste of money! Do not buy!!

Tim was extremely helpful to offer to resolve a continuous issue that is adversely affecting the operation of our Halo collar. He not only attempted to fix the errors while we we on the phone, but he also offered to follow up with us in order to escalate the issue so it may be resolved and not handed off to another technician. We truly appreciate people like this!

I was extremely frustrated with the videos so called for Zoom help and got Tim. What a great technical support person! He talked me through the things I was having trouble with and I'll keep the collar! Thanks, Tim! You were fabulous! I wish the videos were as good as you are at explaining!

Went to the dog park today and had a LIVE video chat with Connor. I have two Halo 1 collars, they're about three years old. One GPS was showing my dog, Sully, in the neighbor's house- not yard- when he was sitting next to me in our house. Connor -patiently- walked me through a few options for fixing the problem. I noticed that a prong tip had broken off also. It was decided that the collar needs replacing. The second collar would not update and was showing a 99% charge when it had none. Connor decided it, too, needed to be replaced. I asked about a hundred and twenty-seven questions along the way. Connor clearly and effectively answered every single one. I never expected that three years into owning this fabulous piece of technology that the company would replace not one, but both collars. I am grateful. Love this company and their support team.
