Darrell was amazing to help when i had issues with my collars. and when working the collars give me 100% ease. but unfortunately we are on our 3rd or 4th collars for replacement due to issues. every time the warranty claims is easy but it's been frustrating having it happen so often

I do not agree with Halos marketing. I have a bull headed Lab that ignores the cute little tickle that halo uses to shock them. I just sent the collar back because a friend called and said that my dog was on the edge of the road by the busiest street in my town. All the features were inconsistent so he learned he didn't have to obey the collar. They need to step up their game on their product. I would not reccomend any of these GPS collars to anyone. Halo, Spot On or Pet safe GPS collars. They are inconsistent and I have tried all of them. It's a great idea but the technology is not there. You can take a chance with thwm but there is a possibility your dog is going to be a red stain on the road. I am not willing to take that chance with my dog. Some might say I am mean for shocking my dog but I say Halo is mean for making a product that does not give your dog consequences. The dog doesn't know he shouldn't go the street. Plus I am tired of paying 100 dollars every time he gets caught by the dog pound.

We love our Halo Collar! Our dog used to be the worlds worst about running off- after 2 weeks of training on our Halo Collar, he no longer runs off and stays within his boundaries! We have had our collar just shy of 90 days now & we definitely wished we had bought this collar sooner! Also, customer service has been awesome! Tiffany was super helpful, kind and responsive! No wait times on talking to someone and just super impressed with the overall customer support!
