I had a great experience with my customer service representative, Kadaija B. She was very helpful and friendly, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the product. I was experiencing an issue with the collar wandering past the boundary in one part of my yard. Kadaija quickly came up with a solution, and I can’t wait to try it.

Halo is a great product that you can trust. The customer service is amazing. I am always blown away with how knowledgeable and helpful they can be. The halo collar is a very high tech piece of equipment and it is great to know that the halo team is on top of things for you.

Collar will randomly go off when inside the boundaries. Sometimes it gives no feedback or correction when boundaries are crossed

I was having issues with the GPS on my halo collar. I spoke with Damien W. today and he was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and was very informative, got my collar working again. Great customer service!
