Called the DogPark twice, both times customer service was extremely helpful. Instead of going through the app on your own, I would -based on my experience- always call first. The Halo collar I am sure is pretty straight forward once training is done, but in the beginning it helps to have some extra help.

We were recently having some tracking issues with our Halo collar. Our request for help from the Dog Park was answered quickly and we were on video with Sierra B. within a minute! Sierra assessed our problem and initiated a fix that we were able to test while she waited. Though we could see immediate improvement on the app, she encouraged us to reach out again if we needed more assistance. We truly appreciated getting help in such a timely manner!

Contacted support and spoke to Kadaija. She was great at assisting with the beacon issue! She provided great suggestions and was very friendly. Support has been easy to get a hold of - longest I’ve ever had to wait was 5 minutes and that was only one time. The reason I rated only 3 stars rather than 5 is because I’ve had multiple issues since purchase. First, my MIL purchased these collars as a gift and could not have it shipped directly to the state I’m in. She had to have it delivered to her state then ship it herself to me which we thought was ridiculous. Second, the first collar no longer worked and became a dead unit only after a few days of use. It took support 2 weeks to approve my warranty claim and I’ve yet to see the replacement arrive. Third, I experienced an issue with the indoor training beacon not sending signals to the collar. The collar would activate maybe 3/10 times which makes training ineffective. I’ll be following the suggestions Kadaija provided and hope it works.

The Dogpark Support Team is excellent. I worked specifically with Kadaija. She was able to help me get a replacement collar since my current collar will not charge. It was a very quick and easy process.

I had been experiencing some issues with 1 of my halo collars. I used the dog park and was connected with Aisa B. She was very pleasant to deal with. We were able to quickly troubleshoot my problems and ultimately get a replacement ordered.

The customer service with Halo is top notch. I have reached out three times so far and each experience has been dealt with professionally. They truly stand behind their product and the dog park support has been great as we have been training our pup on the collar.
