I had an issue with my collar and I contacted the dog park. Quinterrace had my issue resolved in no time and was very helpful in the process.

Quinterrace E was able to wrap up an excellent customer experience wit Halo. Both of my collars died unexpectedly and Halo replaced them both, very quickly. I was considering switching collar technologies, but the customer service won me over.

I purchase this product for my dog directly from Halo but can not leave a review on there website, they only want positive reviews. The collar is large and bulky, the large prongs dug into my dogs neck the short prongs didn't go through her fur. Learning to use it is like watching boring training videos for work. I realized that this was not going to work for us and returned it. My dog had it on for about 5 mins before I decided to send it back. When I sent it back they decided to keep $50 for shipping and handling plus tax. When I called their number is impossible to find the agent was busy managing her household rather than attending to her job. I was told this nonsense about them keeping a $25 fee plus tax that total to $50. When I asked for the manager I was told there was no way to tranfer and they would call me back. I am sure these millionaires need my $50.

I've had the Halo collar almost a year now and it works great. Setting up fences at other places while on vacation is easy and very convenient. Just had an issue where collar was acting up in the house and Asia B. from customer service walked me through how to change GPS settings in the house and also sent a follow-up email with detailed instructions. Thank you Asia!

Worst experience ever. Tried to order direct from Halo. Huge mistake. They did not process the payment for several days. The pending charge dropped off of my account so I called to cancel the order. I was told the request would be sent to the orders team. At some point there was an email sent saying there was suspicion of fraud so the order was on hold. Once that was cleared up things could move forward. Several days later my account was charged over $1000 for the order I tried to cancel. So of course I call back and I'm told there's nothing they can do I have to wait for the product to arrive at least another week from now and then return it and wait for them to get it back so I can get a refund on an order a tried to cancel that they suspected of fraud in the first place. The product works but buy it from anybody but Halo.

To begin, I would like to recommend the Halo Collar and their excellent support service. Recently I had an issue with my collar not charging and I worked with Jacqueline on a video call. She walked me through some troubleshooting and determined my collar needed to be replaced. She handled a warranty claim and is sending a new collar. She was so professional, accommodating, and kind and quickly turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I am a satisfied Halo customer!

I was having difficulty with the collar and GPS drift. Used dog park, which was quick and easy to access. Was connected to Sabrina, who walked me through changing settings to help the collar function better. Thank you Sabrina!
