I called customer service for issues with our gps drifting. Connor P was very helpful in explaining why it happened and how to fix it. He talked me through fixing it over video and was very sympathetic over the issues we were having.

I'm still questioning how accurate the GPS is. Several times when I was gone I wondered how accurate it was and if she was getting emergency feedback for a valid reason. I was home with her today and could hear it going off, I took the collar going off and felt the vibration and static feedback also going off. This was a huge concern as she was well within the boundaries. I went through the Halo Dog Park for assistance and spoke with Sabrina. She was very helpful and was able to walk me through fixing that as well as future fixes if I notice it suspect it occurring again. I greatly appreciated her assistance. I pay for the lower subscription but I feel like it should allow me to see more data than what it does.

I had issues with my collar and the staff were great in walking me through troubleshooting. Sabina Was very patient and understanding and helped me to get a warranty replacement.
