Gym SourceReviews of gymsource.com

Went in for a treadmill. Got a fabulous salesman and a super machine for a good price. Delivery was on time and assembled quickly.

The Gym Source in Cherry Hill was excellent to deal with. Jay Sanchez the manager was very knowledgeable and good to work with. We bought a Cybex Arc Trainer, an excellent piece of equipment. Very satisfied.

Good service and quality.

They have a great selection of gear, and the website is a breeze to use. I haven't used the new disc yet as my old one is still good, but I like having a backup just in case.

I purchased an elliptical for my husband as a surprise birthday gift. I made it quite clear this was a surprise and all calls or questions regarding delivery should be made to my cell phone number. The salesman in the store assured me this would be the case. I saw him enter my cell number in the system. However, when the machine was ready to deliver they called my husband's cell phone number which had been in the system from a previous purchase. This totally ruined the surprise. I was extremely angry. They gave a slight discount and tried to be nice about it, but I would hesitate purchasing a large item from this store again.

Always a pleasurable experience. Only gym store I use.

My experience was excellent. I had to exchange a treadmill and they worked with me. My only disappointment was that return policy was not clear when I bought the treadmill.
