Mywowfit: 1-on-1 virtual personal trainingReviews of mywowfit.com

I have been training with Shashi once a week for 3 years now, and I would thoroughly recommend her. Whether I am in my home gym with weights and bars, or away on business in a hotel with just resistance bands and a ball, she always manages to give me a good workout. Even though she is in the US and I am in the UK, online training is like having her in the same room.

Helen is fantastic and fun to work with! She keeps things fresh with a wide variety of exercises and excels at adapting on the fly. If I'm tired or having an off day, she immediately adjusts the workout to fit my energy level. She truly cares about her clients' well-being over a rigid regimen. I'm so lucky to have her as my trainer!

Shashi is remarkable! Her deep knowledge, kindness and patience toward me these past eight months have tremendously helped me get stronger and generally more fit. She has a terrific way of pushing me without overtraining me. I’m super grateful I found her!

It has been amazing and a pleasure training with Helen on MyWowFit!!! I have been training with her for a long time and I was lucky to find one of the most professional, disciplined and understanding fitness coaches out there. Her experience not only helped me reach my health goals faster but also motivated me to show up every day and enjoy every bit of our sessions together. 10/10 recommend!! :)

I cannot recommend MywowfIt enough. Getting my one-on-one virtual fitness trainer, Helen, has been one of the best investments I've made in my health and well-being. From the very beginning, Helen took the time to understand my goals and created personalized workouts that were tailored specifically to my needs, abilities, and schedule. Every session was thoughtfully planned, challenging, and engaging, which kept me motivated and accountable even on days when I didn't feel like exercising. What truly sets her apart is her genuine commitment to her clients. She celebrates every success, no matter how small, provides constant encouragement, and knows exactly how to push you while making you feel supported. Thanks to her guidance, I reached fitness goals that I honestly didn't think were possible. Beyond her expertise, she is compassionate, professional, dependable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a unique ability to build confidence while helping her clients become stronger—both physically and mentally. What started as a client-trainer relationship has grown into a friendship, and I am truly grateful to know her both as an exceptional trainer and as a wonderful person. If you're looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your success, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Helen the opportunity to help you achieve your goals. I have no doubt you'll be as thankful as I am for the positive impact she can have on your health, confidence, and overall well-being.

The MyWowFit exercise option has been a game changer for me. I joined six months ago after my prior trainer of six years retired. I chose Shashi for my personal trainer and I find myself excited to workout. She is motivating, has a positive attitude and excellent at guiding me to remain injury free while getting stronger every month. Shashi creates fun workouts with new challenges and most importantly she corrects me when my form is incorrect. I had osteoporosis, strength training has helped me to reverse the condition. Shashi is essential to this continued progress.

Shashi is an excellent trainer! She is so attentive and extremely knowledgeable. She watches carefully to make sure my form is perfect. She gets me to push myself without being pushy. She varies the exercise routine to challenge my muscles and she manages to work every muscle in each session. I highly recommend her!!
