I purchased a piece of equipment. I was eight months pregnant was unable to use it immediately. Within three months, I use the machine to hear a loud clicking noise. This is not her refurbished piece of equipment. It was over $3500. My sales rep is no longer there. A service person came out and did not fix it and it was still making a loud banging noise. I would like To return the product or receive some type of money back to do this inconvenience and the fact that I had to join a gym until this gets working.

Although I don't often have a need for gym equipment, when I do, I've found that they always have what I need at a fair price. As a result, Gym Source in Great Neck has become my go-to place for gym equipment over the last couple of years. By the way, in my most recent purchase I did go somewhere else 1st and, guess what... they didn't have what I was looking for and the sales person tried to tell me that the handle I was looking for is hard to find. I picked it up the same day at Gym Source, where they had plenty of them.

The gentlemen working in the store were great. But the set of powerblocks I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive at the store.
