Kevin Walker did a terrific job setting up our golf outing to Montgomery, Alabama. We played beautiful courses, stayed at a very nice Holiday Inn, and had a terrific experience.

Thank you for the kind and positive feedback. Our team's goal is to provide great service and excellent value both in our partner hotels and the golf courses offered.
The course selection, timing of tee-offs and locations of the courses were all perfect. This is my third time using Golf There. They are 3 for 3. Great service.

Thanks for such excellent marks. Our goal is to insure a great golf experience with easy and hassle free customer service. We hope to go 4 for 4 on your next golf trip and appreciate your business this past season.
The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me make my final selection of courses. They handled all the tee times and took care of paying the courses in advance of my trip. I did find the price to be a bit high but since I didn't have the time to call the courses and arrange everything myself I did pay a premium.

Thank you for the complement on our customer service but we also take pride in offering the best prices for regular tee times during high season - you did not pay a premium. In fact, you paid less or no more than the price due to our contracts with the golf courses. The bonus is we did handle all the details and all you have to do is "show up and play". Your review was for a trip to Scottsdale in the height of high season (winter/early spring). Our company is the largest golf travel company to that area and enjoys great rates. Your group also played the absolute best courses and most expensive courses in the high season including: Troon North (always top rated), Grayhawk, TPC Scottsdale, and the Boulders. The only discounts this time of year are for afternoon twilight rates where you may not finish or the very first or 2nd tee time (on weekdays usually). If you feel that there were lower prices we will be happy to investigate. But, regular rates during peak season are not on discount tee-time sites and in fact, most courses are trying to eliminate some of the sites that "loss leader". Our VP of Sales will contact you to answer any questions. Thank you.
I had difficulty reaching my salesperson. I had to send a copy of the confirmation for one in my party to prove payment. Upon check in at hotel, the hotel was not even aware of GolfThere and experienced problems with them charging me for incorrect amount of nights, when all were prepaid. I made contact with the hotel property and worked out issues on my own.

This is not a typical experience and we regret that you encountered difficulties. Our team followed up with you and we hope to avoid this issue in the future. At times, some hotels front desk staff are not aware of how golf or any type tour company makes reservations. It is unfortunate that you were not handled properly at this hotel but we have been assured that this error on their part is corrected for future guests.

Thanks for the positive feedback -- GolfThere delivers great golf packages and suffers at times with folks mistaking us for GolfNow. We do however believe that an entire golf package is far easier than coordinating the group tee times and hotel space on your own, which is the model of GolfNow.
This is my third year of using Nick at GolfThere to arrange our annual Phoenix/Scottsdale trip. All three years have been perfect! Outstanding value plus flexibility of golf courses and accommodations. I hope to return next year.

Here's to four years of perfection -- our goal is to deliver ultimate customer service and we know that we will not be perfect every time; however our team absolutely has the "attitude" to serve others with a smile and fix any minor problems to your total satisfaction.
I feel like I drastically overpaid ( event breakdown was top secret) and never once got contacted as to how things were going or how they went. Courses were good to v good, hotel was fair.

Thanks for the feedback. Our contracted hotels do not allow us to break out pricing as it might undermine the hotel's website guarantee of the best price booked direct. At hotels where we do hundreds of room nights a month or even 1000's of room nights a year, we nearly always have rates that even with our normal mark-up are far below the current public price. Thus our prices always and MUST contain at least 2 rounds of golf. In the case of your reservation, during high season, the rates were very good and the overall budget you booked determined to a certain degree the quality of your courses and your hotels. GolfThere seeks the mid-point and above golf courses and never has the absolute cheapest hotels in a market. Quite frankly, this is because we must have a product that we are comfortable with and that won't require constant inspection by our team. By carefully selecting brands and mid-point properties, we can rest comfortably that the product was clean and fairly priced for the season. We regret that the salesperson did not follow-up with you in a timely manner as that is NOT our normalized service post-trip. Our sales manager will or has determined a follow-up strategy to see if we can improve our communication in the future. Thank you for making us aware of the situation.
