Gocio Electric BikeReviews of gocioebike.com

I bought the 2 day shipping for my popped tire and I've been waiting for over a week to receive my package, the communication this company has is laughable at best it took 3 days for them to tell me my package was shipped. p.s I still haven't gotten my order.

I wanted a foldable bike with 26" tires and I found it with Gocio. It rides great, pulls me up hills with no effort on my part. It serves my purpose of general biking needs of riding on smooth surfaces and inclines. It was also so economically priced with free shipping and fast delivery service.

My bike arrived with a defective battery won’t charge. The battery is not even connected to the charge port on the battery case . I have sent them three emails they refused or have not responded. They don’t have a phone number for customer support. If I were you, I’d go someplace else.

Part was as stated and on time

Warning: Do not buy from this company. My bike arrived with a damaged front wheel hub, shattered plastic components, and a dead battery. Beyond the terrible quality control, this bike is a legitimate fire hazard. The electrical system is clearly unsafe, and the company’s "support" is non-existent—they offer no real help for defective, dangerous equipment. This isn't a "budget" bike; it’s a hazardous, disposable piece of junk that isn't safe to own. Save your money and protect your home—do not order from them.

Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was fast!

Cumplieron con las expectativas del producto se tardaron mas de lo esperado pero en un tiempo aceptable.

The purchase went fine, but I shouldn't have to buy a new battery after only 200 miles.
