very unstable website, Had a hard time ordering my product. I also called customer service no answer just constantly rang NO ANSWER

Glasses broke after 1 week. Called Customer Service. They said no problem - send photos. I had to resend photos to two different departments. They say there is a warranty, they say there is an "I LOVE IT GUARANTEE". Now they are refusing to give me a full refund. Plus I had to pay to ship them back.

Go Optic is a wonderful company. I selected a frame I really liked but could not get a new prescription right away to process the order. Go Optic was wonderful about putting the frames I liked on hold for a whole month until I could see the doctor and get a new precription. I received the glasses today and they are absolutely gorgeous, plus the prescription is perfect. I highly recommend Go Optic for your frames and lens needs. Thanks, Terri
