Fast and easy to use, hoping product will meet my expectations, as I broke my frames and am ordering these to replace my current pair.

The first time I purchased frames was a very pleasant experience so I have come back to purchase 2 more pair. Everything is as described, great communication fast delivery and even a way to follow your order to see exactly where it is in the shopping process. In my opinion it is a fantastic company to by from with great service and quality product and great prices. Be sure to read the handling time and delivery instructions to prevent any disappointments when placing your orders because there is a handling time. Otherwise you can’t go wrong.

I thought when I placed by order and received my message that the order been received and processed, that it was ready. I kept checking to verify shipping and getting a "check back in 24 hours.". I emailed and asked for next day shipping and a while later received an email that both of my items were discontinued. Why wasn't I notified when I placed the order. When I called "all representatives were assisting other customer.". I'm surprised you have any.

My daughter loves her glasses but when they broke and the company we purchased them from no longer carried them we googled where to purchase a replacement pair. Go Optic was 1/2 the price for the same frames!
