I just placed my order, the website was easy to use. I especially liked that you had several shipping options,

had what i need. hopefully i get what i paid for...

I waited two weeks to receive my order for prescription glasses. They arrived today and they sent the wrong frame, different than what I had ordered. I called support- no one there. I called sales- again no answer. I used the chat system on their site where i was assisted in a timely manner. I asked for a return label and was told I would have to pay for the return label. I protested that they should pick up the cost since it was their error. The agent was unable to do that and said I would expect a phone call within the next 24 hours. They should have just given me a prepaid label to send back their error.

I ordered glasses from Go-Optic before and happy with them. That is why I order from them again.

So far this seller has been helpful with placing my order, though answering my questions and making it easy to select and order my glasses..
