We were having several issues with a couple of our TVs and called Livewire (which did all of our initial A/V installation) to come take a look. Because we thought we were going to have to mount a new TV, they arranged for two technicians to come, which was going to cost us more $. But shortly after they arrived, they figured out the main issue and realized it could easily be addressed without two technicians. Within 45 mins, they had fixed all of our TV set-ups and chose not to charge us for having two technicians because we didn't end up needing the extra labor. They were also quite courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was a very positive experience that helped to earn my loyalty as a customer.

Everyone at Livewire has been so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They are always willing to go the extra mile for customers.

Technicians always are courteous and listen to what the issue is or what you need help with. Offer great options on who to set up your service.

Men who came into my home were very polite and considerate. They connected my TV that other companies said could not be connected. I would recommend LiveWire to others!

I was not able to complete the last review. I received an email with an invoice for products and services that I did not agree to receive. I emailed the Livewire billing address and immediately received a response that I was not charged for these products or services. I respect Livewire for responding imm

Because we live 65 miles away $350 for service call and 45 min of work Will find a better company closer Had given them thousands of dollars of business in the past, no longer Update Company CEO called my and resolved my issues. Very impressed with apology and corrections Thank you!
