LivewireReviews of getlivewire.com

I was very pleased with the work LiveWire completed. They installed the surround sound speakers in my ceilings. They made a great recommendation on a brand of speaker that I had never heard of. I have been very pleased with the quality over the last year and a half. No issues. When it came to hooking up my Data Line with Verizon they were terrific. Issues on the Verizon side of things and Live Wire came out on several more occasions to make sure everything worked as it should. They are not a low cost provider but they offer upscale service so I was very pleased.

Excellent work

I called the to fix problem they sent a salesperson /they also said that my system could not do what I wnted because of age call geek squad they did a great job

Installation was not as expected. Sold Universal Remote that does not do half the things I need it to do, and I have to pay Livewire to program it. Was not told this was the case up front. I rarely hear anything from the subwoofer. I had a far better experience with the company that installed my home theater system at my previous home. Will not recommend Livewire to others.

Follow up is sometimes not good. Had an issue that was never resolved. I was sent an email with instructions on how to fix and was told they didn't have time to get out or field a call to fix.

Brad was very knowledgeable and helped me to identify the best system for my home. I had Vector in the past and all of the equipment in my home malfunctioned on several occasions. I was in the market for a Sonos speaker when I visited the showroom, however you were out of stock so I purchased it elsewhere. The only issue I've had is the service with Security Central. Each billing cycle has brought issues. Happy to recommend LiveWire and Brad to anyone looking for a security system for their home.

Unprofessional, over priced, poor customer service.

Great experience. Test Test test
