The installers took sufficient time to do a difficult job. They suggested solutions to our hanging wires, and gave me an estimate quickly. Overalll recommend Live Wire for technology needs.

Like very much the effort to counsel a fix over the phone for simple stuff; not so keen on the hourly rate but understand. Repair staff have always been very qualified.

JD & Jonathan were great in helping me complete this project. Seems to be an issue setting appointment up in the office though. It took over 3 months to complete due to scheduling.

The only hitch was due to some crossed wires prior to the installation. I assumed they would either have an appropriate mount I could purchase for the new TV or they would be able to use my existing mount from the old TV. They had to pause the visit and resume later in the day so that I could go purchase a new mount at Best Buy. To expedite matters, either they should carry some universal mounts on the truck (akin to having HDMI cables and switch boxes) or the customer should be told to have a new mount ready in advance. Without the "pause and resume" and the extra trip, I suspect we could have done the installation in one hour rather than two (and I could probably have saved $185). With that said, the install was very professionally done and the system works great.

I was very impressed with Livewire. The salesperson was very professional and I liked how they sent us emails about scheduling. The only shortfall was with the equipment. The salesperson thought we had outdoor cameras and we did not, so we had to wait a couple weeks for a camera to come in. Other than that it was a perfect experience. The technicians were nice, polite and informative.

Livewire was quick to respond to a configuration issue I had with my system. The two techs they sent were courteous and very knowledgeable and accomplished the work in a short time. Thanksyou.

The technician did a good job setting up our Karaoke machine. We will need a follow-up visit to make sure all is 100%.
