The company is first class. The woman who helped me was knowledgeable, patient and took great care. I will recommend this company to anyone who is in need of great bicycle technology. Thanks very much

Genuine Innovations customer service has to be one of the top companies I have dealt with. Had a old product and went above and beyond to keep me going. Will buy from them in the future.

Product had lifetime warranty and they exchanged without any issues and promptly.

Order was complete and timely. Product is as expected.

Long time customer, first time with an issue. Inflator was ~15 years old, needed seals. They promptly sent out a whole new inflator package with CO2. They definitely honor the lifetime warranty!

I had a bike tire CO2 inflator that went bad after many years. The gasket/o-ring got old inside. I contact customer support and they replaced it with no questions asked. They deserve 5 big stars!!

I ordered the tire patch kit and additional CO2 cartridges and bam, it arrived in 2 days. Thank you! Mike

Good Tool, needed slight adjustment.
