Shipping was fast product looks very well made and fit and function is great.

My order arrived quickly, and item seems of good quality. I would rate 5 stars other than the fact I had ordered a quantity of 2 but only one item arrived. I was not informed ahead of receipt of item, that my total order would not be fulfilled. I needed to contact customer service to find out why. CS did respond very quickly, and informed me that only one was available and the second was not sent because they were out of stock. I did get refunded for the cost of the second item, and half of the shipping fee which I felt was appropriate.

Support staff very knowledgeable about products and very helpful as well.
