Scoured the internet for the best price on an Rachio controller and I finally found it WITH free shipping!

Contacted the support email to verify price and what was included for shipping cost to Canada but it was never mentioned that billing was in USD, not on the website or in the email response. The reason I purchased this product from this company was because it was the best price I found online. When I entered all of the details for shipping and it adjusted the price, my understanding was it had also incorporated the currency exchange from USD to CAD, that was not the case I wasn't aware of it until I had my credit card billed and recieved the package. Therefore, it wasn't the best price and I would have purchase something different had I fully understood the cost for the item.

Immediately after placing my order for a sprinkler system controller I emailed customer service two different ways (directly and through the website form). I received no response. The product arrived today and I still have received no response. Why would anyone want to do business with a business that doesn't provide customer service. Especially today,
