Ordered LianLi fans. Price was great, unfortunately received white instead of black. They sent out the black ones a little later. Communication was not great, but not bad either. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service from them.

Great price on the Lian Li Hydroshift TL . AIO. Shipping was on time. Shipping box seemed adequate but the product package had a huge ding on one corner. AIO doesn't appear to be damaged. Hope everything checks out when I get things hooked up and running. Minus one star for packaging.

Hi Mitch. We definitely understand why you are not impressed as it did take much longer than it should have to ship your order. We take pride in being able to ship orders out quickly and the delay you experienced does not meet our standards. Please accept our sincere apology. We hope you will give us another chance to prove that we can do better!
Great prices and fast delivery!

Originally it seems like a really sketchy store. But it's just a small business doing small business things. Clearly putting customers first.

A few problems occurred while checking out. I used PayPal and it tried to make me pay twice. Which is not his fault. Will be back! small business that seems sketchy but it is actually awesome!

Thanks for the review and for letting us know about the PayPal issue. When you spoke to PayPal, did they indicate the cause of the issue? We haven't run into this before, so we'd love to know how you resolved it in case we see this again. In any case, thanks for sticking it out and allowing us to serve your PC needs!
Was super excited to see a store other than Newegg have the product I wanted. Pre ordered the new LL infinity fans. The shipping date gets pushed back a week because of a port issue- understandable. Shipping gets pushed back another week, no explanation- kind of a bummer. This business is a good alternative if you don’t want to support Newegg.

8/2/2022 UPDATE: Thank you for your updated feedback. You are correct that the delays on shipping the Infinity Fan pre-orders were completely unacceptable. We have learned from this experience and will not be doing pre-orders in the future when there is even the slightest risk of stock delays. We understand that consumers are hungry for alternatives to companies like Amazon and NewEgg, but we still need to earn consumer trust and respect by shipping fast and being highly responsive to customers. This is at the core of our model, and we hope you give us another chance to prove ourselves. 8/1/22 UPDATE: Hi Dan, thanks to your feedback, I investigated and identified why you did not get any response from me. The "Shop App" had an incorrect email address listed. I incorrectly assumed that the app updated the contact information based on the settings in my webstore. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and helping us avoid this issue with customers in the future. 7/29/22 Original Response: Hi Dan. It’s true that the arrival date of the Infinity fans was pushed back. This was something I had no control over as it was a combination of supply chain constraints and supplier delays. I think there may have been a miscommunication—when the date was pushed back, from the beginning I shared that it was pushed to July (exact date was not known) from an original date of June 16. I had many people reaching out to me daily for updates and I really did my best to respond to everyone and share as much information as possible. I apologize that I missed your messages. At this point, every pre-order has shipped but if there is anything else I can do, please reach out.
