I accidentally placed two orders and they canceled one and they canceled the one with the correct adress, the one thag had the wrong address was forfilled even with me contacting, I was ignored when I tried contacting them

My review is based of.my experience. Worst company I ever made purchase. Buy pack of fans for.my PC pay extra for receive item 2 days after I purchased they take a week for delivery. I received item damaged . For both problems I try to.comunicate with them via email ,call and their page chat without responding. I'm still waiting . Avoid them if you don't waste you.money and time

Returned a purchase of $250 that I never even opened and got refunded 20 dollars, took weeks for the refund and didn't even get the money it said I was gonna get back and horrible at responding to emails. Do not recommend!

We have documentation that only one out of 10 items was returned, which is why only a portion of your refund was issued. Nevertheless, we made a request for additional information from the logistics department to double check the documentation and ensure no error was made. In particular, we have the weight of every package that comes in before it is opened and will cross reference that with the documentation that was generated at the time the return was originally processed. If all 10 items were returned, the weight of the package will reflect that. We will follow up via email with you with the outcome. I've received the order, and surprisingly UPS charged me another shipping fees. When I tried to contact gamertech, they told me that this is a UPS tax . I tried to explain that it was not a tax but a shipping fees, but they didn't reply to me anymore, even after three reply. After reviewing my feedback, they told me that it was my fault, and I was supposed to choose another way of delivery to avoid this kind of charges. I didn't even got any choice for delivery, that was the only way. Be more serious than that, Don't trust this site at all If you were not aware of this charge, why you didn't reply to my emails, I've sent you three time but didn't get any response, I'm not speaking without proof, I have all emails that I sent you without response.

Hello. This was an international shipment and you were charged "import charges," not shipping fees, by UPS. We have no control over import charges charged by customs brokers. We offer shipping options that prevent these fees but you did not choose that service, unfortunately. Update: It is unfortunate you were charged brokerage fees that you were not aware of but we did not charge you twice for shipping. We don’t have the ability to collect brokerage or other customs fees through UPS. We have shipped many times to Canada and never have had anyone complain to us about brokerage or other fees charged.

Well I order 2 separate order for Samsung nvme drive 1tb, they had them priced for 49.99 ,from 79.99, I purchased 3 total , 2 in the first order, 1 in 2nd order, recieved a email at 10:40am saying "Hello David, Apologies--we had to cancel your order as there was a pricing error on that item. Mike, Founder Gamertech.shop" Now I personally own my own business and and constantly quoting jobs for my customers, and yes I have made mistakes before, and have to own them.. I have never screwed the customer because of my mistake, I had a lot of respect for this company before, so much so that when a psu i ordered from them came in and was left in a hell of a rainstorm buy the delivery company, so they( gamertech) did a insurance claim on it for me and I ask them to out the refund it on gift cards cause I knew I would shop here again. So not only was my power supply ruined, my money refund went to them"per my request" that is what these purchases were actually made with. But now they have nothing I needed except those above listed items, so now they get to keep my refund money, and won't let me spend ,even if it was there mistake.. just saying think wiser than I did and choose who you shop with , maybe a bigger company that honors their mistake is the way to go. Hopefully someone can learn from my mistakes on who to shop with..

Within hours of this purchase being made online, I reported to you that this was a fraudulent purchase using my hacked PayPal/ checking account. Not only did I receive zero response from your Customer Service, but you continued to fill the order. Luckily, PayPal isn't charging me, not sure who will be paying the bill, but in my opinion, it should be you for your lack of response.

Hi Jeannine--that is unfortunate that your PayPal account was hacked and used to place an order on our site. We take significant measures to reduce the potential that fraudulent transactions succeed on our website, but there are times where things slip through. It appears that the order was placed with us on a Sunday during a holiday weekend, which may explain why it was not caught sooner. In any case, you don't have to worry--you will not be responsible for the charge. We have already responded to PayPal about this and you will be receiving your money back.
