Yall won’t respond to my emails about my refund anymore?

Hello Joey. We are not aware of any emails from you that were unanswered. In reviewing your order, we confirmed that your return was received and refund processed.
I ordered two 140mm reverse blade fans and was sent two 140mm regular fans. I just returned the first order without even opening the box and still haven’t received a refund on it but I was charged for shipping, I don’t know why I made a second order. These fans are the only thing I have left on my pc build and it has been pushed back. Order if you have time to wait for inconvenience even though you’re charged for priority mail.
