Hello and thank you for the constructive review. We agree that your customer experience was substandard and we sincerely apologize. As you you already know, the reason you did not receive the second item was because of an issue we had with a third party. One thing we want to make sure you are aware of, however, is that this is NOT typical—we ship most orders directly from our own stock and only occasionally supplement own inventory from third parties (such as when we temporarily run out of stock and are waiting for our next shipment to arrive). In any case, we apologize for the inconvenience and, if you decide you are open to giving us a second chance, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to provide a coupon in hopes of winning you back!

Hi David--thanks for the helpful review. You are correct the power supply was mislabeled as ATX 3.0 we have corrected this. We will be reaching out to you about this shortly to see what we can do to make this right. This was was an oversight and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. As for the missed email--this was a result of our email filters being misconfigured for the last couple of weeks, which was causing direct emails from customers to go to the wrong inbox. Apologies for not getting back to you in time. You will be hearing from us shortly.

Hi Jacob, thanks for the information. If you go to USPS.com and enter the tracking number, you will see that you can schedule a redelivery or pick up the item from the Post Office. I won't publicly share your information, otherwise I would post the address right here, but if you want to pick it up you can find the pickup location by going to https://tools.usps.com/ and typing in your zip code. The location is only 1.2 miles from your shipping address. Otherwise you can schedule a redelivery.
