While we love Front, the restrictive "annual-only" pricing model is causing us to reconsider using the service after our current renewal period ends.

Great omni-channel support software that accommodates personal emails.

FrontApp is awesome, only reason for 4 stars (and not 5) is the lack of Dark Mode and the slowness/weirdness on the Mobile App.

Send & Snooze, Scheduled deliveries, integration with calendar/meeting links are amazing features. Snooze is a game-changer in my goal towards zero inbox. However, I dont think the search capabilities are on par with Gmail yet. That’s why I am not scoring a 5zzz
