I moved everything over to IonBlade years ago because I needed reliable service. I have reached out a dozen times in the last dozen years and EVERY TIME they have responded in minutes and usually fixed any issues I’ve had. Everyone I talked to (today was Max) has been super smart and able to resolve any problem…. even when it wasn’t with their services they provide me! Love these guys and recommend 100% to anyone!

I switched from GoDaddy two years ago. No regrets. Today I called Ionblade because I am making changes on my website and also hosting another website. I had a lot of questions, and Ryan walked me through all of the steps. Ryan did not make me feel stupid. I am new in website development and I had a lot of questions. Ryan explained everything I had a question for. Ryan did not make me feel rushed, he took his time with me. I rarely got that treatment with GoDaddy. I just want to give a big shout-out for Ryan and Ionblade.

I cannot begin to say enough great stuff about IonBlade and James Kurtz. I was a long time GoDaddy reseller. For a long time they were great then they started going downhill and their customer service began to stink. I moved all of my business over to IonBlade. These guys deserve infinity stars Out of nowhere, we received a call from James letting us know our SSL certificate had expired. During the conversation, I discovered they also offer hosting services. As of yesterday, we fully migrated everything over to them — and it has been the best experience we’ve ever had. We’ve had our own domain since 2010, and I only wish we had found these guys sooner… or more accurately, they found us first! Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers are amazing. Thank you again for everything. We moved over from GoDaddy last year, and the difference is stark. It's so easy to email customer support. They usually respond very quickly, and we can ask questions when we don't understand. The service we're using is much cheaper than GoDaddy was, but it did take us a bit to figure out how to access everything, such as the DNS records. Even so, we highly recommend them.
