Flame Creation, LLCReviews of flamecreation.com

Waited for tracking/email on eta of the firepit burner. Finally it just showed up. Looks good. Awaiting viewing of unit post-installation.

I purchased the 30” high capacity Penta burner with the flat 36” flat pan….they worked great together in my stone fire pit in my backyard! Really produces a great flame for the entire pit! It came with all the proper fittings to make the hook up a breeze! (Just need to pick up some common nipples and couplings to line up the gas key)

Ordering was a Breeze ! Delivery Quick ! Customer service friendly, courteous and informative ! Products arrived packaged well and Undamaged !

As a new customer, I asked for and received some special help and guidance. It quickly became clear to me that this is a company that actually cares about its customers.

I am pleased with my new burner. It is fabulous. The flames are 2' high. I installed this in my existing fire pit w/ gas logs to replace my existing burner that was wearing out. Thank you.
