I have worked with Dale a few different times now and he is always very knowledgeable and helpful. He has provided samples and gets me the products I need for my business. If you need any turf of any kind, I recommend Turf Factory Direct and Dale be your first (and probably last) stop.

Dale and Kaycee were able to answer all of my questions regarding turf selection and delivery timing for our order of playground turf. Really appreciate their willingness to help and knowledge of the products. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering turf!

The amount of information and advice I received from Dale during my ordering process was beyond anything I could have expected. He was tremendously helpful and saved me a lot of effort with his ideas. The follow up was perfect and I could not have been more pleased with my experience.

I was in contact with numerous turf suppliers. Dale was the only one willing to ship samples for me to touch and compare. Dale was very knowledgeable and helped me to purchase a product that would fit my needs. Turf Factory Direct was also the least expensive of all the quotes that I received. Thanks again Dale for all your help and professionalism.

Wow, am I impressed with Turf Factory Direct and my contact, Dale. The product is excellent. I've taken out a 50'x50' lawn, and designed a putt putt golf course for the neighborhood kids. Dale spent the time to walk me through my choices, and what I needed to make everything work. Then, Turf Factory delivered! I live in Grand Junction, CO on the Utah border. The turf was here in a week. Amazing! Thank you Dale and thank you Turf Factory Direct!
