Communication was solid before and during the purchase, and the packaging was also well done. However, after delivery, follow-up from the staff to fix a small issue (like a missing screw) was nonexistent. I’ll have to find another solution for my three other firepits. Every customer interaction counts, and it’s disappointing to leave only ⭐️⭐️, but finishing strong is just as important as starting well.

The size of the rocks are much smaller than advertised. I decided not to bother ordering more, and just bought other rocks from another retailer to complete the look I was going for in my yard.
