Great service. Thanks

I had been looking for a copper cover for my firepit and was not having any luck at all. Somehow browsing around I came upon the one from Flame Creation. It was just what I wanted! I ordered the 35 in one for a 29 1/2 in opening and I am able to keep my logs under it just fine. It came quickly and shipping is included. Moved it from the box right to the pit.Just in time for the Halloween snow storm!

We ordered a custom fire pit cover and glass surround. Both fit perfect and look awesome.

Product delivery was quick but can’t reach anyone by phone and didn’t get any return calls when was researching product

Happy with the quality and the quick service

Really nicely crafted piece of metal with 2 handles for easy removal. I went with 2" overlap on all sides. Like that the metal is sloped to allow for drainage of water/snow. Fell much better than a canvas cover as I live on the East coast where snow will accumulate. Only think that would have made it better is if they pre-applied a nice bead of silicone caulk around the bottom sides (I did my best).

Always great service and friendly staff! Free shipping with minimum purchase. This was our third fire pit burner ring.

There the greatest!! Great quality products and their service is impeccable. The return time of when you purchase it, to when it’s delivered is excellent. Everything about the company is awesome.
