The service was terrific. I got the wrong size (my fault) and they went above and beyond to get it fixed. Ray and Matthew responded over the weekend to make it right.

Ordered for the first time with Filter King, the prepared and shipped the filter quickly. The mail service didnt handle the filter with care and it came in damaged. I reached out and Matthew with their team got back to me quickly. He got another one ordered for me right away and made sure I had a great experience. Very great service!

Filter arrived damaged caused by the courier. Contacted Filter King in regards to the issue. Emailed photos of the damages and Ray responded back within 24hrs and already had replacements sent out. A+ customer service and even provided discount codes for my next purchase. I will be a returning customer for sure.

I incorrectly ordered some filters in the wrong size and when I contacted support they responded very quickly and resolved my problem quickly and kindly, even when it was my fault. They already have sent a replacement order at no charge. You've won me over!
