Searching for a new filter without success. Limited locations who no longer carry Carrier filters opened the door to locate an online solution. Filter King had multiple 5 star reviews. I placed my order with a confirmation receipt which seemed immediate with a tracking number following within the hour INCREDIBLE SERVICE !!!

I messed up my order twice now and they happily replaced my filters with the correct size at no extra cost or have me send the wrong filters back. Excellent service and top notch!

I goofed up and placed the same order twice. When I realized it I sent an email to the company and received a prompt and courteous reply from an actual person who resolved the issue.

Helaman was amazing. I needed help with a past order. Merv 13 was too restrictive. Helaman found the issue quickly and gave me a solution, just as fast. I ordered filters for two homes from them. They are worth every penny.

I received the wrong size filters and I know things can happen. I reached out to a representative Matthew and sent them a picture with a tape measure attached and within a couple of hours Matthew reached out and with an apology said your filters are on the way. I feel a company that stands by their product is worth doing business with. I would definitely without hesitation buy more filters from them.
